  • Free postal delivery of a monthly transit bill or online access upon registration, containing the full detailed transit report for freelancers and companies.
  • Free monthly online access after registration or annual delivery of the detailed transit report for individuals.
  • Postal delivery of a detailed report on the monthly bill with a fixed fee charge for individuals.
  • Access to “my e-PASS” online platform where subscribers can be informed about their balance or their transactions and pay or renew their balance anytime from their computer or mobile phone. At the same time, they have computer access to the transit bills via a pdf file, the ability to edit the files in excel format, and access to the history of the transit bills of the last two (2) years.

Minimum Amount for the Activation of the Subscription Account


Replacement Cost [simple_tooltip content=’ Means the amount the Subscriber will pay to the Company, in case the e-PASS transponder or the Account Card is declared stolen, lost or damaged. ‘][/simple_tooltip]


Warning Level for Credit Card Replenishment [simple_tooltip content=’ Means the level which automatically activates the standing order for the replenishment of the Subscription Account through Credit Card. The Subscriber may readjust the level at a higher amount. ‘][/simple_tooltip]


Low Account Warning Level [simple_tooltip content=’ Means the warning optical and/or acoustic signal which warns the Subscriber that the balance of his/her Subscription Account is low and reaches the Bad Account Level. The Subscriber may readjust the level at a higher amount. ‘][/simple_tooltip]


Bad Account Level [simple_tooltip content=’ Means the level of the Subscription Account over which no Subscription Entry is allowed by the electronic toll system. The last Subscription Entry can only be realised if the Subscription Account has a cash balance higher than the Bad Account Level. ‘][/simple_tooltip]
